The FLY GIRLZ are an all female professional dance crew who deliver some of the hottest shows in Edmonton. Founded by Kerry Koble in 2003, these girls specialize in many forms of dance. From funk styles like POPPING and LOCKING to WAACKING, HOUSE, DANCEHALL, BREAKIN, HIP HOP and even mainstream choreography….they produce an unstoppable performance wherever they go! They have even added country/western and rock to their repertoire, which has greatly expanded their audience. Since the group’s conception they have opened for many artists such as, Chris Brown, Chingy, Massari, Shawn Desman, Kardinall Official, Fat Joe, In Essence, Kreesha Turner, Quanteisha and Jane Doe. They have also opened for 2 America's Best Dance Crew Tours, the Grey Cup 2009 pre-game show and also for one of the biggest rappers in the game, Busta Rhymes. They are always present at major shows and events within the city, and have been performing all throughout Canada. The Fly Girlz have also earned recognition as 1st Place Artists Emerge Winners 2007, 2009 and 2010 as well as Edmonton’s Best Dance Crew 2008. To add to their busy schedules, the girls are also the official Spirit of Edmonton Grey Cup dancers, which takes them to a new city every year!

The members of the Fly Girlz are currently Cherelle George, Aileen Leskow, Minh-Thu Lam, Angela Miracle Gladue, Asha Marshall, Talia Adler-Magat and Kerry Koble. You can catch these girls teaching and dancing at numerous studios and events around the city hoping just to spread a little love for the real street dances.
